School Governance
Laurel Hall School was established in 1947 as a ministry of Emmanuel Lutheran Church. Our congregation council has general oversight of all organizational programs and works to ensure that everything we do is aligned with our mission and our values.

Laurel Hall School is a highly regarded educational community of excellence. LHS graduates are accepted to the top high schools in Southern California. Our students are kind, well-rounded, confident and academically prepared to meet the challenges of an ever evolving 21st century.
For the past 70 years Laurel Hall School has maintained success through experiential teaching and learning. We inspire through academic and social enrichment. Laurel Hall Preschool
Laurel Hall Preschool is a Christ-centered preschool owned and operated by Emmanuel Lutheran Church as a community service and as a Christian outreach. Our center is open to any child from 2 years through 5 years of age.
Laurel Hall Preschool admits students of any race, color, national and ethnic origin to all the rights, privileges, programs and activities generally accorded or made available to students at the school. It does not discriminate based on race, color, national and ethnic origin in administration of its educational policies, admissions policies and all school administered programs.
