ELC CONGREGATIONAL MEETING

Dear ELC Congregational Members,

We are trying something different this year when it comes to the Annual Congregational Meeting. We are splitting it into two separate meetings. The majority of the agenda will still be held during the Constitutionally assigned date in June; however, the Finance portion will be addressed in a Congregational Meeting on Sunday, March 22, 2026 at 11:15 AM. While more details on the reason why we are doing this will be provided at the meeting, having the finance portion addressed earlier allows for better planning for our teachers and staff, as well as our Laurel Hall and Laurel Hal Preschool Administrators, and ELC. As we have done in the past, there will be a Budget Forum Meeting on the Saturday before, March 21, 2026, gathering around 10:00 AM in the Admin Building. 

Please mark your calendars for this Emmanuel Lutheran Church Congregational Meeting on March 22, 2026 at 11:15 AM. I hope to see you there as we address this important piece of business.
